Attention all families:

Every child receives a Free-Reduced Lunch application form.  If you have one or more students in school, please complete only one form with all students listed on it, and send it in.  Please make sure everything is filled out and signed before returning the forms.

These forms will be good for the whole year!  The only time you would need to fill out a new form is when your income goes down and would change your child’s status from reduced to free, or from paid to reduced or free.

We have a no charge policy, and this will be enforced again this year.  It benefits you and your family to fill out this form to see if you might qualify.
